Hi Juliana, we are just about to advertise our beach hut for sale. It will be going in the East Anglian tomorrow. The beach hut is in the second row at Brackenbury Cliffs. It is in excellent condition, just been painted inside and varnished outside and rent paid till April 09. Comes with oven/grill, gas bottle, fold down table and storage seat.
