TV via Slingbox

I need to contact someone willing to host a Slingbox for me.
An ex-pat, living in Gothenburg, I miss English Television! I have checked out several possibilities and found a product called "Slingbox" which can receive TV at an English location and relay it via the Internet to me in Sweden. My problem is that I have no suitable location in the UK to place the equipment I need to run the system.
The person I am looking for is based in the Felixstowe area (where I have my routes), is interested in computers, however good Slingbox is, it is not an "Out of the box" install and run system! I also need access to a TV aerial (must be in an area where Freeview TV is available), space to install a PC on a local network and Internet access.
